The Association was established to achieve the following objectives: uniting the doctors in the field of gynecological endoscopy in order to improve their qualifications and the quality of diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases through methods of minimally invasive surgery; promotion of gynecological endoscopy among the population and the medical community in the Republic of Bulgaria; popularization of the achievements of Bulgarian gynecological endoscopy at home and abroad; support the process of training and development of competent staff in the field of gynecological surgery, particularly in terms of minimally invasive surgery; Support construction of databases for performing gynecological endoscopic operations.

The Activity of the Association is: organizing and conducting specialized conferences, symposiums, "round tables", conferences and other scientific forums with the participation of obstetricians and medical staff from other related disciplines in the field of gynecological endoscopy; organizing the creation and maintenance of the National Register at the Association of centers in the country and gynecological endoscopic interventions made in them, and the results obtained; publishing and distribution of scientific developments and other educational materials - Bulletin (magazine), textbooks, monographs, practical manuals, brochures, educational videos, software and other; making contacts and membership in other related national and similar organizations; implementation of educational activities for the population through contacts and collaboration with media (TV, radio, newspapers and magazines, internet - pages, press conferences); to conduct training and qualification courses for group and individual training courses in the field of minimally invasive surgery in gynecology - attestation and certification of qualifications obtained; collection, development, discussing and proposing competent for this state bodies and public institutions, making changes in the legislation concerning gynecological surgery, particularly gynecological endoscopy; liaising with the Ministry of Health, the Health Committee of the National Assembly, non-governmental and charitable organizations, collaboration with hospitals in the country to present or future basis for endoscopic gynecological surgery; raising funds to finance national forums, publishing and supporting the construction of units in gynecological endoscopy.
